Current job openings are for:

1. Full time Tour Consultants / Executive
Salary commence rate with experience

Job Scope:
•Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.

•Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using calculator, computer, carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour's costs & collect payment.

•Check availability & make reservations using Amadeus or Abacus reservation system.

•Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.

•Provide customer with travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.

•Book or request transportation carrier tickets, using computer printer system or system link to travel carrier.

Requirements for Tour Consultants / Executives:
Preferably with IATA / UFTAA Certificate
Bilingual (Mandarin / English)
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
With at least 1 year of experience in a travel agency
ONLY Singaporean / PR / Malaysian need apply

2. Full Time Operations Executive
(Position Closed)

Job Scope:
•Make bookings and amendments for land and transfers products.

•Document all bookings and changes to existing land and transfer arrangements, keeping an accurate account of any alterations.

•Follow business guidelines to protect revenue and customer/agent experience.

•Investigate solutions to problems arising from involuntary changes to existing bookings.

•Service external e-mails from suppliers and land operators and internal communications with colleagues.

•Maintain all land product contracts with suppliers and land operators.

Necessary skills required for Operations Executive:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
PC literate and strong understanding of all operations processes
Ability to multi-task, is systematic & organised
With at least 1 year of experience in a travel agency
Accuracy and ability to work to a 'right first time' goal
Communicate effectively to all levels

3. Full Time Junior Accounts cum Admin Clerk

Job Scope:
•Salary: $ 1,200.00

•Handling Accounts Receivable and Payable.

•Handling and filling correspondence and documents.

•Handling general administration assignments

•Ensure correspondence report, filling and record keeping are consistent with Company’s system guidelines.

Necessary skills required for Accounts cum Admin Clerk:
PC literate (Microsoft Word & Excel) and understanding of accounting processes
Previous experience in similar field preferred
